policy

How the Groupe R website handles your personal data, in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

1. Who is responsible

Groupe R Management SA
Route des Daillettes 21, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland
Phone: +41 26 351 67 70
Email: hello@groupe-r.ch

2. What we collect

When you visit this site, our servers briefly log some technical information (IP address, date and time of your visit, pages viewed, browser type). We use it only to keep the site secure and to compile anonymous statistics; it can’t be used to identify you personally.

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us, for example when you:

  • apply for a job, whether for a posted opening or as an open application;
  • contact us by email or phone;
  • sign up for a newsletter, if one is offered.

3. How we use it

We use your data only for the reason you gave it to us: reviewing your application, answering your question, or managing our business relationship. We never sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Job applications

Applications are handled confidentially by the HR team of the Groupe R company concerned. If you aren’t hired, your application is deleted no later than six months after the hiring process closes, unless you explicitly agree that we may keep it longer.

5. Hosting

This site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva). Data sent through the site is stored on servers located in Switzerland.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site sets one technical cookie to remember your cookie choice. Only with your consent, it also uses Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to measure traffic: pages viewed, time on site, device type, and approximate location. Your IP address is anonymized. Google may process this data outside Switzerland, including in the United States. We don’t use any advertising cookies.

You can accept or decline these cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and change your mind at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page. You can also set your browser to block cookies.

7. Third-party content

Some pages include content from third-party platforms, most notably LinkedIn (post previews, plus links and QR codes to our company pages). When you click on that content, you leave our site, and that platform’s terms of use and privacy policy apply.

8. Your rights

Under the FADP, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • the right to know what data we hold about you;
  • the right to have inaccurate data corrected;
  • the right to have your data deleted, subject to legal retention requirements;
  • the right to object to its processing.

To exercise these rights, send a written request with a copy of a valid ID to Groupe R Management SA, Route des Daillettes 21, 1700 Fribourg, Switzerland, or email hello@groupe-r.ch.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time, for example when the site or the law changes. The version published on this page is the one that applies. If there is any discrepancy between this English version and the French original, the French version prevails.
